LET’s eRespond approved as the OMS standard for E.ON Eastern Europe

CORK, IRELAND, (February 15th, 2009) – LET Systems, the industry leader in Network Operations Solutions for Outage Management (OMS), Network Modeling, Customer Contact and Mobile Workforce Management is pleased to announce that its flagship product eRespond has been approved by the Zeus Committee at E.ON as the OMS standard for E.ON Eastern Europe.

E.ON’s strategy is to map common business processes across its Eastern European operations. eRespond has been assessed by E.ON and meets its criteria for rollout across its subsidiaries. One of the key criteria met was that eRespond is based on “powered by SAP Netweaver” platform. Another key criteria is eRespond’s ability to be operated remotely from one data centre due to its next generation thin client architecture..
