LET’s eRespond Incident Management Solution goes live at ZSE (Západoslovenská energetika a.s.)
CORK, IRELAND, (October 12th, 2009) – LET Systems, the industry leader in Network Operations Solutions for Outage Management (OMS), Network Modeling, Customer Contact and Mobile Workforce Management is pleased to announce that its eRespond Incident Management Solution has gone live at ZSE.
eRespond has replaced the mainframe system which was out of date. This is a major technology step forward for ZSE as eRespond is build on next generation architecture.This is part of a technology refresh at ZSE, the overall solution involving SAP will run in a remote data centre (Hanover,Germany). LET's long technology relationship with SAP, including certification for Powered by Netweaver helped standardise the solutions on a common platform.
The implementation of eRespond in ZSE with our partners Siemens, is the first step in a programme to standardise systems and applications across the EON Group’s Central European energy companies, distributed across, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Romania, Hungary and Bulgaria.
Some of the benefits from the project include improved incident identification for electrical incidents and tighter integration between the WMS and OMS system allowing for improved productivity and reduced costs.
