LET announces the establishment of Dedicated Services Division

CORK, IRELAND, (November 20th, 2008) – LET Systems, the industry leader in Network Operations Solutions for Outage Management (OMS), Network Modeling, Customer Contact and Mobile Workforce Management is pleased to announce that it has established a Dedicated Services Division focused on developing supported software solutions specific to utility requirements.

LET has more than 15 years experience in the utility sector. The range of expertise covers many areas electricity distribution, water, waste water, gas, etc. From the software perspective, eRespond, LET’s flagship product has been built from the ground up based on this experience.

LET has successfully delivered its software to many utilities around the world from the UK to South Africa to the Far East. The project delivery expertise and experience that has built up is substantial from Analysis and design through to Project Management and QA.

Following increasing requirements from customers for services and consultancy, LET has decided to set up a dedicated Services Division which will allow it to harness the invaluable expertise and experience and make it available to its customers..
