LET announces eRespond released in Thai

CORK, IRELAND, (July 20th, 2008) – LET Systems, the industry leader in Network Operations Solutions for Outage Management (OMS), Network Modeling, Customer Contact and Mobile Workforce Management is pleased to announce that its flagship product eRespond has been released in Thai.

eRespond is based on next generation n-tier architecture. It has been built from the ground up based on deep utility based knowledge and customer experience. The Thai release demonstrates the ease of localisation of eRespond.

By localising eRespond into Thai, it assists ease of use for operators. It also improves the quality of data entry.

According to Marcus McCarthy, Managing Director, this is the second of many localisation projects. “As the architecture of eRespond allows localisation to be done so quickly, we plan to continue to roll out the product several languages including most European and certain Asian countries”.
