LET chosen to implement its Mobile Reporting
Solution for Waste
Water at United Utilities
CORK, IRELAND, (June 20th, 2008) – LET Systems, the industry leader in Network Operations Solutions for Outage Management (OMS), Network Modeling, Customer Contact and Mobile Workforce Management is pleased to announce that it has been chosen to develop and implement its Mobile Reporting solution for Waste Water Regulatory reporting at United Utilities.
eRespond is based on next generation n-tier architecture. It has been built from the ground up based on deep utility based knowledge and customer experience.
According to Marcus McCarthy, Managing Director, “In order to do accurate reporting on Waste Water, it is vital to have accurate up to date information from the field. The LET mobile solution ensures this occurs through its mobile front end to is Waste Water solution, already live at United Utilities.” The mobile front end allows instant and accurate information to be provided direct from the field.
The solution will be rolled out on Panasonic Toughbooks and
will include both spatial and textual updates.
