LET announces eRespond released in Slovak

CORK, IRELAND, (April 20th, 2008) – LET Systems, the industry leader in Network Operations Solutions for Outage Management (OMS), Network Modeling, Customer Contact and Mobile Workforce Management is pleased to announce that its flagship product eRespond has been released in Slovak.

eRespond is based on next generation n-tier architecture. It has been built from the ground up based on deep utility based knowledge and customer experience. The Slovak release demonstrates the ease of localisation of eRespond.

By localising eRespond into Slovak, it assists ease of use for operators. It also improves the quality of data entry.

According to Marcus McCarthy, Managing Director, this is the first of many localisation projects. “As the architecture of eRespond allows localisation to be done so quickly, we plan to role out the product several languages including most European and certain Asian countries”.
