LET announces that Siemens IT Solutions and Services establish an OMS competency centre for eRespond

CORK, IRELAND, (December 10th, 2008) – LET Systems, the industry leader in Network Operations Solutions for Outage Management (OMS), Network Modeling, Customer Contact and Mobile Workforce Management is pleased to announce that Siemens IT Services and Solutions (“Siemens IS”) has established an Outage Management System (“OMS”) competency centre to support the rollout of LET’s flagship product eRespond in Europe.

LET has an excellent longstanding relationship with Siemens IS. This new OMS competency centre reflects the continuing deepening of the working relationship. The new centre will allow Siemens IS increase its sales and marketing of eRespond. Plans are in place for LET to provide training and support to Siemens IS personnel for eRespond electricity, water and waste water products.

The new competency centre will assist Siemens in its goal to provide its customers with Service Delivery and 2nd line support for eRespond projects. Due to eRespond’s next generation architecture, localisation is made easy. This allows Siemens IS to operate with eRespond in the multi language environment of Europe.
