LET announces the appointment of John Lavelle
as Customer
Support Manager

The Customer Support Manager Role is extremely important at LET. It is the primary customer contact point once eRespond goes live. As such it encompasses not only handling support calls, but also ensuring active communication with the customer on product development, change management and training.
John previously worked with British Gas in several different positions. John brings both deep utility industry knowledge and technical experience and skills to LET and its customers. During his time with British Gas, John was responsible for-
Home Services Operations Unit (HSO) Solutions Design and Architecture Dept manager,

Technical and Solution Design Authority for the HSO ERP programme (Hestia Home and Hearth),

Technical and Solution Design Authority on the British Gas Meter Unbundling programme for Gas and Electricity
Prior to work with British Gas John worked in various consultancies primarily von Utility orientated programmes.
