at United Utilities
CORK, IRELAND, (March 10th, 2008) – LET Systems, the industry leader in Network Operations Solutions for Outage Management (OMS), Network Modeling, Customer Contact and Mobile Workforce Management is pleased to announce that its Waste Water Regulatory Reporting System has gone live at United Utilities.
UK utilities are coming under increasing pressure from the Regulator to provide timely and accurate reporting. Major fines are being levied for non compliance. United Utilities has chosen LET to assist in its strategy to comply with the tightening regulations in Waste Water.
The solution allows United Utilities generate regulatory reports from systems with a high degree of data validation. The system is easy to use by operations personnel. United Utilities’ IT department were very enthusiastic about eRespond’s next generation architecture and this made the solution easy to roll out.
Another key benefit for United Utilities is that the solution provides increased efficiency for field resources. Therefore the benefits are both regulatory compliance and improvement to the bottom lines profits.
