eRespond upgrade goes live at City Power
CORK, IRELAND, (June 20th, 2007) – LET Systems, the industry leader in Network Operations Solutions for Outage Management (OMS), Network Modeling, Customer Contact and Mobile Workforce Management is pleased to announce that its major eRespond upgrade project has gone live at City Power in South Africa.
There are many benefits to City Power form choosing the eRespond upgrade. Resource scheduling is improved and can be done via Gant. Major new reporting functionality is available to city Power. The upgrade gives a much improved view of City Power’s network. It improves its security infrastructure.
The upgrade version is powered by SAP Netweaver. It enables Cit Power management to access the application from home or other remote locations. The new Executive Dashboard is very attractive to senior management and is updated every 30 seconds.
The project was completed in the form of an upgrade as City Power has been a long standing customer of LET. The upgrade was seamless due to the next generation architecture of eRespond.
