LET chosen to develop Regulatory Reporting Solution for Waste
Water at United Utilities

CORK, IRELAND, (September 15th, 2007) – LET Systems, the industry leader in Network Operations Solutions for Outage Management (OMS), Network Modeling, Customer Contact and Mobile Workforce Management is pleased to announce that it has been chosen to develop and implement the Regulatory Reporting Solution for Waste Water at United Utilities.

UK utilities are coming under increasing pressure from the Regulator to provide timely and accurate reporting. Major fines are being levied for non compliance. United Utilities has chosen LET to assist in its strategy to comply with the tightening regulations in Waste Water.

The project will allow United Utilities generate regulatory reports from systems with a high degree of data validation. The system will be easy to use by operations personnel. United Utilities’ IT department were very enthusiastic about eRespond’s next generation architecture as this will make the project easy to roll out.

Another key benefit for United Utilities is that the project will provide increased efficiency for field resources. Therefore the benefits are both regulatory compliance and improvement to the bottom lines profits.
