LET wins contract to integrate eRespond with SAP at United Utilities

CORK, IRELAND, (December 10th, 2007) – LET Systems, the industry leader in Network Operations Solutions for Outage Management (OMS), Network Modeling, Customer Contact and Mobile Workforce Management is pleased to announce that it has won the contract to integrate eRespond with SAP at United Utilities from IBM.

IBM has secured the contract to implement SAP systems at United Utilities. The project is part of a large technology refresh at UU to implement several SAP systems including SAP PM, SAP BI and SAP BW. LET’s long technology relationship with SAP, including certification for Powered by Netweaver will help United Utilities and IBM in this regard.

Some of the benefits from the project will include improved incident identification for water and waste water. The system will also facilitate the creation of on-line network modeling for water and waste water
