The clean water product provides a comprehensive set of features designed to simplify the end-to-end process of fault management in a water distribution network. It will support your business processes, from customer trouble call management, through fault detection, automatic grouping of calls used an inferencing engine, work force management and dispatching including mobile, spatial and regulatory reporting.
The product improves management of no supply, discolouration, taste and odour and leakages events, reduces the time taken to collate data for incident and regulatory reporting, improves the usage of field resources, provides quicker fault location identification aiding in reduction of fault durations, provides field resources with tools to accurately report of premises affected via mobile. It incorporates ARCGIS that allows field resources to identify and add premise to incidents using polygons as well as view the geopraphic spread of an event. It also includes background 'monitoring' of key event parameters with automatic user alerting, some of this info is received via 3rd party SCADA and telemetry systems.
It can be used in conjunction with other eRespond products to work in a multi utility environment to share information, provide pro-active cross network information and provide improves efficiencies in shared activities like call centres and resource dispatching and shared customer history across utilities.
