Solutions Overview
LET Systems provides solutions for all Utilities. We have a long and successful history in providing utilities with solutions that meet and surpass their requirements. Over the years we have evolved from a electrical utility background to provide solutions tailored to meet Water and Waste Water requirements. In 2010 we will complete work on our Gas solution.
eRespond is designed to meet a utilities requirements no matter what their size, we provide solutions from small community based schemes to utilities that cover an entire country. We are currently completing a project where the customer has more than 12 million meters.
LET Provides solutions for the following Utilities
- Electricity
- Clean Water
- Waste Water
- Gas (currently in development)
All of our systems can interoperate will each other in order to reduce the cost of ownership for Multi Utilities. Here are some of the benefits:
- Common data for example customer and premises.
- Hardware costs due to co-existing on the same hardware
- Common UI Operational costs due to providing a common look and feel to all operators. For example a call taker can be trained to take both calls for Electricity and Gas
- Standard Interfaces e.g. Work Management
- Cross Utility Inferencing
