Gas Network

The gas product will provide a comprehensive set of features designed to simplify the end-to-end process of outage management in a gas distribution network. It will support your business processes, from customer trouble call management, through fault detection, automatic grouping of calls using an inferencing engine, work force management and dispatching including mobile, spatial and regulatory reporting.

The product improves the management of trouble calls, outages, planned outages and maintenance events, provides quicker fault location identification aiding in reduction of fault durations, improves the usage of field resources, it provides field resources with tools to accurately report on outages via mobile and record in-field operations. It incorporates ARCGIS that allows field resources to identify and add devices to outages. It also includes background 'monitoring' of key event parameters with automatic user alerting, some of this info is received via 3rd party SCADA, AMI and telemetry systems.
