About
World-class distribution utility organizations are continuously working to increase business value by realising significant savings via reduced operating costs while simultaneously increasing revenue.
LET is assisting distribution utilities to achieve these goals and the results are being measured against ROI payback targets which are between 12 and 24 months. These ROI measurements do not include many other benefits to the utility and its customers which are difficult to measure or are unquantifiable e.g. improved customer service.
LET delivers a comprehensive suite of proven applications, eRespond, to address a wide range of global distribution utility industry specific requirements for electricity, water, waste water and gas utilities. eRespond is a thin client application made up of a number of modules which can be deployed individually or in unison to meet the requirements of utilities.

LET was founded in 1992 by Jim Hyland to provide bespoke solutions to electricity distribution utilities. During the period of de-regulation in the UK LET assisted many utilities by providing products and services to assist them to adapt to the new operating environment. Over time, LET developed a specific expertise in Outage and Incident Management and Regulatory Reporting and that became the basis for the development of a COTS (Commercial Off The Shelf) software solution in the early part of the millennium. This best of breed, thin client, highly scalable product, eRespond, was designed to be used in any distribution utility situation. eRespond is in production use in electricity, water and waste water utilities in many different languages.
LET has been working with utility companies since 1992, we have proven expertise in solving difficult problems for electricity, waster, waste water and gas distribution network operators.
